HO scale connectivity issue question?

I own a composition Bachman, I had the set for a couple of years. His two areas of the track not have good connectivity to the train. The train stops in these areas or stops completely. The track is the song of EZ. Also, the areas with poor appear to be acourring in the same areas. Clean the track with approved cleaning products only gives very temporary.

I had the same problem. Do you use only one type track cleaner, such as rubber or track cleaning fluid, or use both? Probably best to use both. Knowing that used Bachmann EZ track, probably will not use rail joiners. Since you have had the train set for a couple of years, you should probably invest in some rail joiners and just put them in track anyway because Nickel-Silver/steel wear over time depending on usage. Just make sure the rail joints are securely fastened to the rails because it is having problems of my bad connections. Another potential problem is the wiring. I had many problems with the wiring in my track. If you solder wires to the track, make sure solder has good adhesion with the rails. If not, heat welding, it becomes liquid / liquid, and rub against the track again. Using I terminal track that most trains sets come with probably want to make sure the metal plates still have a good connection to the rails. Most of the time, see the connection of the plates are impossible because they are covered by the mound of plastic. If that is the case, change to the weld. Weld is fast and easy, especially if you have a good soldering iron / gun. Irons way to work best in model railroading. Make sure it is a sheet of 35 to 40 watts, because the hotter the iron, the better. Some other tips, just clean the track regularly. I have to clean mine more than three times a week on average because I realized I had to clean the rails. Another is to make a visual inspection with a flashlight. I do to inspect the cleanliness of my lane. Turn off lights room to run better and turn on the flashlight. Place the light directly on the rails. If you look at the rails of brightness. If it does not shine in an area, get the track delivery of cleaning and cleaning, as needed. That's more or less, basically, what I know about cleaning the track. Happy model railroading!
